They rearranged their schedules to help when I was distraught about finding bed bugs and were happy to offer help and advice whenever needed. They go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. Ben and Leah fantastic right from first contact. Came out really quickly to confirm we had dreaded bed bugs, which were also in our settee and chairs and behind skirting. First fumigation really successful then follow up fumigation got the last of the little critters. Came back 4 weeks later to double check and leave traps just in case, further 4 weeks on and critter free. Cannot praise them enough for their professional and friendly behaviour.
