I rang Ben at 9pm from the pub on a Monday evening. 15 minutes later he had rung me back arranging an appointment for 8am the next morning.

The rodent problem has been sorted quickly and efficiently. Top man and fingers crossed I don't need to ring him again in the near distant future.

He came back to do the checks and fixed the holes to mouse proof our house. Ben knew where the main problems were and fixed them, always discussing the options with us clearly. "Bug nightmare"

Had some bugs that weren't welcome, looked on Google and found Ben. It was nice to speak to someone who knew exactly what was required. After 2 visits we no longer had anymore problems. A 3rd visit was made to make final check.
