I talked to ALEX today at YUNO to sign up. He is without doubt the best person in customer care I have ever dealt with. Alex went beyond merely helping me (an old man) Alex was kind, considerate, helpful and supportive. If every call centre had someone like Alex there would be peace in this world. Alex is the bomb. 20 stars to him !!!

I had never transferred an electricity supplier before. To be honest I found out about Yuno by accident so I decided to chance switching. I found all the customer services team wonderful in helping me to complete the transfer hassle free. I especially would like to thank Alex for his kind patience with me in explaining all aspects of the process as I am not great with technology but he was super 👍 I also briefly spoke with Dillon and another customer advisor (apologies I am unable to remember his name at the moment) and they were both lovely. Sharon who I spoke with today was so lovely helping me to understand and sort out my login instructions to the phone app as I am not tech up to date but she was very patient in explaining the process and all was successful in a very short period of time on the phone 😊
Thank you everyone for all your lovely help. I will recommend you to any of my friends who may wish to transfer 👍😊

As they are a new entrant into the energy market in Ireland I was skeptical at first of Yuno. My call into sales was initially to find out more. Got talking to Dylan and he was really friendly, open and answered every question I had.
Did is sign up for a contract? Ah sure yuno yourself!

Signed up last night,just followed up today with some queries,spoke with Josh,all queries were answered with detailed explanations,this is reassuring not only Josh's pleasant,patient manner but also the fact you get to speak to a human being,thank you.

Started signing up online last night but had a few queries. Spoke with Richard this morning who was very kind and patient with my questions. Answers were concise and clear and I left call with all queries answered and switched over there and them.

"I have the wrong electricity meter"
I just tried to sign up but was informed at the end that they won't accept my electricity meter, I didn't actually see anything about that in the advertising.Yuno energy have since contacted me and informed me that they have not set a rate yet for my type of meter but will contact me as soon as they set a rate for it.
