Simply more expensive than my previous providers, despite continuously improving per KW rates in the market. About 20-25%. 12 months later no feedback or sign of the promised smart meter. My neighbour's with SSE had one in 3 months. That’s just my experience…

UPDATE: While I see below YUNO have shunned the blame to the ESB, I did contact YUNO for an update and I was assured on more than one occasion that they would revert with an update on the meter change; they did not. That's a YUNO customer service issue, as is Sasha's response.

Worse company ever. No transparence on bills and recently they trippled my bill saying it's because they undercharged me 6 months ago. Which doesn't show on the bill. 348€/months for a 1 bedroom apartment. They are thieves
