"Incorrect Billing waiting 4 months now"
Incorrect billing for a month and I am still ringing 4 months later to have rectified despite being told it would take 10 business days to reply. My issue has not been acknowledged in writing or by phone and I am now resorting to ringing twice a day to hopefully kick them into action. I am loath to change suppliers until the issue is rectified.

I have been with Yuno Electricity for only a few months, and I regret it. I was instructed to submit my reading on the 18th of every month, which I did. However, yesterday my bill was €418, with an additional €50 charge. Honestly, this is the amount I used to pay in Electric Ireland for 60 days, not one month. I am seriously considering leaving Yuno Energy because I've had enough; I can't even buy food as all my money goes towards electricity now.
