Avoid at all costs! I had a smart meter plan so they know down to the hour precisely much energy I use, but instead they use their "predictive system" which means you always pay for way more than you use, which benefits them as you pay IN ADVANCE, rather than for what you actually use. It got so expensive that I paid the €100 cancellation fee and switched providers and now THEY WONT GIVE ME MY REFUND for the amount I've prepaid! They want to hold it for 21 working days, even though it's money I've already paid for something they've never supplied! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Eduardo had an excellent telephone manner, increasingly more difficult in these times to actually get a human voice at the other end of the line. He succeeded in resolving issue and was very helpful every step of the way. He took on the action required and persisted with it until full resolution was found. It is also good that this platform can be used to promote customer service Eduardo offers.

Living overseas, the app is not available to download, so unable to see statements and usage for a property in Ireland. Had three calls requesting statements, but it was only when I managed to connect with Stephanie did I get all the queries resolved.. (clarity on App status and statement request), Stephanie took ownership and responded with everything requested, promptly, clearly and also followed up.. Many thanks Stephanie, great service.
