Iv been a customer of Yuno over the last year and I can say it has been a wonderful experience.
So easy to get through unlike many similar utility companies.
Always answered my queries with efficiency and great customer service again unlike many similar companies.
I can only recommend Yuno to anyone looking for a great customer experience.
All Yuno have to do is be more competitive with price plans especially Smart meter ones .

Just switched to Yuno energy and have been tracking usage on app - very helpful. But customers should be aware that they'll take payment for the electricity you used plus what they predict you'll use in the coming month in one payment. Very shocked to see a whopping €597 taken from our account when our usage cost €355. Beware!
