I ordered 10 of the flat panel cover-ups in a custom size with specific instructions on size and that no holes were needed. Panels were delivered to specifications to my door within three days. A couple of the panels had minor imperfections, and being very picky I contacted customer support. They immediately offered replacements which were also delivered within three days. The replacements were blemish free. I was very impressed with the entire purchase experience.
