Had a 4" by 6" access panel in stock that I was having a hard time finding. They independently reviewed my shipping method and found a far cheaper and faster option and corrected the invoice for me. Uncanny service, this kind of stuff never happens and as a contractor in a small town in Alaska, I order a ton of stuff!

Worked well. Panel cover was nicely bevelled and easily painted to match the wall. Screws (1/2") were good for anchors but would suggest using 3/4" - 1" to reach studs. Also would have been nice to know distance between screws on opposite sides so panel could screwed to studs; e.g., 16" panel could not easily be screwed to 16" on-center studs. An 18" panel may have worked better; fortunately was able to screw a wood strip along side stud to make 16" panel work.
