Helpful staff, good software but pricing can be unpredictable.
Accounts system have flaws as at times you can not pay a landlord in the system even after the rent have been received.
prices increased last year with a promise of upgraded software but the management has no clue when the upgrade will be launched.
I was told the upgraded software will be launched before the end of 2024 but we are almost in February but no updates.
Emailed for an update and was ignored.
I have been paying a higher rate since last 6 months but there is no set date for its launch.
