Was expecting an email to confirm delivery date/time a couple of days after placing the order, but did not receive it. Luckily I was in when doors arrived without confirmation.
Overall a very good service and all queries were answered when I made contact before placing the order.

Ordered a door. Waited 3 weeks, and still they asked me to wait another week so cancelled. Called the company 3 times and every time they said next week. First they said, the courier couldn't find my home. Second time, they told me they needed to dispatch a new door. 3rd time, they told me the door was damaged so would need to dispatch new one. Refunded the order and told their team to pass a complaint to a relevant person. They told me to email instead. Didn't seem to care much to rectify the recurring issue. Wondering how they've got 4 star rating here.
