Hi I'm mr cox I placed an order for 8 doors and I had to cancel as I couldn't wait over 2 months for delivery. I've cancelled order and I am know waiting for my money back.

Doors were bowed in the middle both of them, had loads of marks on them. Took a video. They were delivered 2 days after they were supposed to be (which was fine) but then when emailed about the doors not been up to standard they told me I was past the time slot for complaints, even tho it took them 3 days to respond.

Quality seems good.
Its all hung and standing up to its first soaking of rain. Preserving coats applied just in time.

"Glass panels not included with door."

We hadn't noticed in your print when ordering that the door would be delivered without the glass panels, which we then had to measure up and order from elsewhere, causing a two week delay and having to book a fitter for this extra job. Best if they highlight in a very clear way that the glass for the panels are not included -at the pre-order stage. We are happy with the door itself.

Excellent service. Competitively priced with the best delivery costs. Doors delivered exactly on time by very helpful and courteous LPD delivery guys. These were replacement doors for downstairs and if the doors remain competitively priced I will be purchasing the upstairs replacement doors later in the year. Would highly recommend Doors & More

"Good quality doors and service"

We bought 2 doors from Doors and More. The communication throughout was excellent. We had an issue where one door was damaged in transit - however this was quickly resolved and we were kept informed until the replacement arrived.

The doors were very good quality and good value.

I only gve 4 stars as I think they need to improve how the doors are packaged / protected for delivery. There is only a thin plastic covering with hard cardboard to protect the corners. It is quite flimsy and I can see how the doors get damaged in transit.
