Sold me a door that wasn't in stock and now they won't refund my money. Spoke to somebody on the phone and they said they would refund. Sent many emails asking to confirm refund but just get pointless responses. Just refund my money, I havent got the time or patience to be messed around. Don't believe their responses on here either, just a load of waffle

Ordered 2 doors which arrived a few days later. I realised that I needed fire doors and therefore requested for these doors to be returned. I was told that I needed to forward photos of the doors in their original packaging which I did so and all good. However I now needed to pay for a collection charge of £72. Doors collected on the 2nd April and no communication by company re doors received and refund details. Phoned them up on the 8th April to enquire about refund, confirmed doors have been received and refund would be processed. No confirmation of this and called again today, 9th April and spoke to Ethan who instigated the refund whilst on the phone followed by email confirmation. However, refund was £36 less than the original amount paid as this was the delivery charge So my disappointment and rating is that I have had to pay £36 for delivery and £72 for the return of those items and have had to chase the refund.

Quite difficult to get through to you on the phone. Tried different times of day, different numbers, and it took about 4/5 tries.....quite frustrating.
Also having ordered 4 doors was not told that they would come in 3 separate deliveries......we were out for two of them........
