Extremely disappointed with our £400 oak door purchase.
Shortly after installation, unusual cracks began to appear and have only continued to worsen. Doors & More is only offering a refund for the door itself, with "compensation" merely covering the delivery fee — something I’d consider standard, not generous.

We’re now left needing to buy a new door from a proper door supplier and pay again for installation and painting. Overall, a very frustrating and costly experience.
