Called them out to resolve an urgent problem with leaking on a ceiling space - the plumber sent could not identify the problem after 90 minutes and they still charged over 500 pounds - another plumber came in and got it sorted in under an hour

Excellent service, brilliant service and very happy with the outcome. I thought it was expensive but i guess you pay premium prices in an emergency, and i had water pouring through my kitchen ceiling from a burst pipe under the floor in the bathroom above. Would recommend.

The call centre person was polite and clearly stated the call out charge from the outset. The plumber turned up within 30 mins of our call and was friendly and competent - he quickly assessed the issue and showed us (badly blocked main external drain) and after making sure we understood how long it would take (and therefore that the cost would be fairly high given it was a friday night) he got on with the job and resolved the issue as quickly as he could. Yes it was expensive but that's because it was an out of hours emergency call out. However we were more than happy with the service he provided.

Here we are, 2 o'clock in a Sunday morning and you are dreaming a waterfall. Well, surprise, surprise! It wasn't a waterfall, it was my upstairs toilet leaking from a burst pipe in the kitchen. Looked up online and found Tezgo Plumbing, called them and 40 minutes later a plumber was at my door! He said good morning and he even asked me if I want him to take his shoes off. He was very well prepared (he even had an inspection camera) and he quickly detected the leak and fixed it under an hour. The guys from the office and the plumber were very polite and the price was competitive (used other emergency plumbers in the past and it was a total rip off), they solved my problem and gave me advice on how to dry the ceiling (he even took out couple of spot lights so the air can circulate and show me how to fit them back). Highly recommended, a team of professionals all the way from the office to the plumbers!
