"We finally got to a resolution with our…"

We finally got to a resolution with our current energy company who have been immeasurably poor, inefficient and obstructive as it is possible to be but thanks (although "thanks" probably isn't a big enough word) to Stacey and her involvement in the resolution process, we now have reached a position where we can move forwards and hopefully obtain some kind of normally until the day we can exit our current arrangement.

Stacey made the daunting task somewhat easier and gave us the support that we needed to see everything through.

As a business person, it's so refreshing to find a company who provide such an excellent service but at the same time, invest in employing decent people who go above and beyond that which expected and when you find such a combination of company, ethics and good people, then you stick with them for a very long time, which we will.
