Selling our car to Car.co.uk turned out to be very easy. We were offered a good price and the process was very straight forward. The company kept in contact with us at every stage giving us details of what was happening and what we had to do. Our house is difficult to access but they let us know when the truck was on its way and the driver, Junior, was very polite and helpful and got the car loaded with the minimum of fuss. It was a good experience and we would thoroughly recommend them.

I arranged well in advance for my car to be collected today between 8.00am and 12 noon. Waiting, waiting and waiting - nobody arrived. Nobody called. Got a text at 15.09 when out informing me that the driver Kieron was on his way to collect my car. Uh? Utterly unacceptable, rubbish service! I will sell it elsewhere, in fact I would be prepared to give it away as it is only going for scrap. Yet another useless, ‘nationwide’, internet-based company that fails to honour what was promised. I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere!
