"This company is a nightmare"

This company is a nightmare. This is what gives black business a bad name. I requested a exchange within the policy timeframe, 2 days after receiving the badly colored item that looked nothing like the picture online. They got back to me a MONTH later after bombarding them with emails. I sent it back to the address online because that’s the address they previously gave me for another product I had a year prior. Although the site says it’s not the return address, it is. It’s been 5 months and still not resolved!! They have my $200 and I have no product. I have fedex tracking confirmation of my item being returned. They do not care. Scam Nigerians!!! They need to be stopped for fraudulent activity. They shouldn’t be in business for not allowing people to have a correct return address on their website. Hella shady!

Worst company ! Refund policy makes no sense . Poor quality and not worth price. Item was damaged and sent back as they asked me to after I sent pictures. They never got back to me and when I reached out, response was slow. They denied my refund after “review” and never even gave store credit. Would never trust this company.

I'm very disappointed with the bathing suit that I ordered. I'm a 36DD and specifically followed the bra size chart you guys provided; however, the bra looks like a small for it to be an XL. It barely covers my top. Your bathing suites are not for busty women, and I think that should be made clear for women like me who wanted to support this black owned brand. My bathing suite was on sale (Kula bottom and Top) and I understand that the sale is final, but I feel robbed and I hope that other women don't fall into this trap like I did.
