"Order a couple sizes bigger than you are."
The swimsuits are GORGEOUS and great quality unfortunately it is SOOOOO much smaller than the sizing chart. According to the sizing chart, the top should have easily fit, bordering on too big but it came in being so small that I almost ripped it trying to get it on. They don't allow exchanges and now I am out quite a bit of money. Disappointed because it is gorgeous and looked like good quality.

"It's a scam please do not spend your money on this business"
I was so excited to buy a few new swim suits for an event. Unfortunately they where not true to size and now I am almost $200 dollars out. It would have been nice to know that you can not exchange a sale item before buying them. I really wanted to support a black owned business but once again am so disappointed that they are not accommodation to african american body types. I feel like I just got scammed for almost $200. All I want to do is exchange the 2 items I purchased for a larger size (even though I am a size small on their size chart) but now unable to exchange. Please don't buy from this business.

"Poor fit, poor quality, and mediocre customer service"
I'm usually apprehensive about buying swimsuits, especially higher-end suits, due to my larger bust size. But, I'd been eyeing BFYNE for months and finally decided to purchase a bikini. I thoroughly researched their sizing info, and poured over photos of regular people in their suits.
I purchased the ZAYD top in a medium and ZAYD bottom in an extra large (sizing up from a large to accomodate bust size). I chose the ZAYD top because it looked similar to a cheaper suit top that I purchased from ASOS last year. However, while the bottom fit perfectly, the top was a disaster. In the photos it looked more structured, but the material was much smaller and held nothing in.
In fact, the top slid down when I tried to pull it up over my breasts. If I were to wear this at the beach, even a gentle wave would knock it off. It seems like the company uses the same amount of material for their smaller sizes as they do for the larger sizes. I feel scammed because their swimwear is very clearly photoshopped to look better quality than it actually is.
I almost forgot to add, I'm usually a medium to large on top as well and the arms are extremely tight for an extra large. Even the fast fashion bikinis from Matte Collection that I own surprisingly fit better than this top.
I'm extremely disappointed because I chose to shop with BFYNE as they're black-owned business and that's who I want to spend my money with. Unfortunately, like many swimsuit companies, their suits are not actually size-inclusive. Additionally, their return and exchange policy isn't accommodating whatsoever and neither is the customer service.
Overall, the quality of their suits, customer service, and company leave a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping with BFYNE again.

Apres avoir validé ma commande je me suis rendue compte d'avoir pris une mauvaise taille, j'ai donc contacté le service client qui m'a répondu très vite. J'avoue que les informations sur la livraison ne sont pas très claire. J'ai reçu mon colis au bout de 15 jours en croyant recevoir en 7 jours max, vu la livraison choisi. Raison pour laquelle j'ai mis 4 étoiles au lieu de 5.

The whole experience with this company was a nightmare. I was referred to them by a friend who purchased a really cute bathing suit from them. I placed an order for the Zelda dress and the item was too big. I sent emails and made multiple calls and left messages with no response. After not hearing back, I made a claim through my bank. Bfyne immediately responded but with a very nasty email to me, which I noted below.
Based on my conversation with the young man from customer service, I was sending the email to the wrong customer service email address. I took full accountability of that, but I followed up with calls and messages to the company. The young man claims that they never got a message from me, and my thought is how do you know if you didn't verify by checking a message.
Then the young man accused me of putting in a chargeback with the bank in excessive of the amount of the dress with taxes included. The dress was 184.99 + tax of about $21 = total $205. He stated that the chargeback amount from the bank was $215, which I told him was a lie. The bank and I agreed on a claim amount of $200 which, was $5 less than what I really would have been owed. The young man basically told me I was lying and acted as if I was trying to steal money from the company. Which btw, in the email they said that I put in a chargebank for $379, which again a boldface lie (see email below).
My original order was almost $400. I advised him that if I was trying to steal money or be shady, I would've put in a claim for the whole amount, not just $200 or so dollars.
Additionally, I was told I need to return the item or else I will be sent to collections, which is crazy because I noted that I did send back the dress. After over 20 mins of arguing with the customer service representative and not getting any clarity or resolution, and continuing to be threatened with a collections charge, I told them I would obviously never shop there again and that I would cancel my claim. At that point, I did not care about the money. I also sent the customer service email a screenshot of the bank claim being closed which confirmed that my chargeback/claim amount was indeed $200.
This was just a horrible experience. I have never had a company accuse me of fraudulent acts and threaten to send me to collections over a dress.
When he realized that the issue was not about the money and I would not be pursuing any other action, the young man asked me if I was willing to lose out on my money and the dress. He stated that I shouldn't be stuck with an item that I am unpleased with. I told him I do not care and that I would never be a customer at this company again. He spent so much of the call trying to belittle me as a customer and telling me how wrong I was, that he could not focus on remedying the situation.
As a Black woman, I love to support Black owned businesses, but this company doesn't deserve a dime. Absolutely horrible experience.

We’ve been notified that a chargeback was filed and according to that chargeback it stated “product unacceptable”, according to the chargeback it states that you informed your bank that the product you received was defective or damaged.
your package was delivered on April 1st 2021. You currently have in your possession the Sapir coverup and scarf and the Zelda dress (m). We have not received any one these products back in our possession and you have not sent any of these items back to our facility. We have not been contacted in regards to any damages or defects as mentioned in the chargeback.
Keeping our products when you request for your funds back from your bank is a fraudulent act. The chargeback filed was for the amount of $379.83.
The chargeback will either have to be dropped or returned back to us unworn and unopened.

Once sent please send the tracking confirmation number via email. If you wish to keep the item you’ll need to drop the chargeback.
Failure to comply with this request will result in additional penalties and actions. Your account will be forwarded to our fraud prevention department, they will forward your account to the collection/credit reporting agency, which will add an additional 40% for collection costs on top of your total. We take matters like this very seriously and will pursue with the utmost priority.

The worst online shopping experience I've ever had, Customer service is the absolute worst. Had to dispute a charge for being ignored by customer service which you can reach only by email and after that, I was being harassed by their customer service with threats of collectors even tho I've sent items back. STAY AWAY!

I recently ordered x4 swimsuits & coverup from BFYNE and I was not disappointed!!! They arrived in perfect timing & as for the quality, OUTSTANDING! I can’t wait to wear them all.
