One of the outfits I ordered was a different color from what I received and I didn’t like the fit of 2 of the other outfits I ordered. They were sale items so I just gave them away.
This is my 6th or 7th time ordering from bfyne but the first time I received the wrong item so I won’t remove a star. I love the swim suits and covers and have a collection of them. I don’t know that I would order clothes again.

Amazing!! I didn't have a swimsuit that I needed to have to do a runway walk and I ordered it and it came in two days and the swimsuit is like it looks online and the material is of good quality!!

Bfyne's reviews follow a pattern: positive when purchases go smoothly, but negative when issues arise. I bought a swimsuit from them in the sale. It didn’t fit, despite me checking their sizing chart prior to purchase. I later checked the size and realised the swimsuit they had sent was not the size I ordered. So the fault was theirs. Despite contacting them about the incorrect size, I received no response or refund. I messaged them to ask for an exchange or refund and have been ignored on all platforms. They are unscrupulous individuals who send inaccurate sizes to people intentionally, ( I’m not the first customer this has happened to) then make them jump through hoops to provide evidence and still do not provide refunds. Even here they’re telling people to write the customer service then I’m sure they’re ignoring them too. It was my first and last purchase with this company. All I want is my money back at this point and a response. Bfyne's lack of customer service and unethical practices are concerning. A suggestion for improvement: prioritise customer communication and satisfaction for future success.

I placed my first order with Bfyne on Sunday April 29th for a kaftan for my 50th birthday beach party in mid May. I received it today, 3 days later, and I'm very happy. The colours are true to the website and they exceeded my expectation with delivery.
