"He sent me the wrong size of shoes"

He sent me the wrong size of shoes, and after I returned them, he has been making numerous excuses to avoid issuing a refund or exchanging the shoes. The seller told me that I need to resolve this problem with Amazon. However, I believe the seller is the only one responsible for this poor transaction.

I am very satisfied with the product I bought this time. It is very comfortable to wear, the material is also very soft, and the customer service is very good. It took me half a month to receive the goods.

This website is honestly horrendous to deal with. They ignore emails/ messages. Send half an order and refuse to communicate why or when the other half will be sent (I had to claim $300 back through PayPal after they ignored my emails!). The quality of the items is quite average. Takes weeks for them to even post anything.
I will never deal with them again and highly recommend other people to avoid.

By looking at their reviews, it is very obvious that they write their own 'positive' reviews. Very misleading.
