PPC management is very poor no monthly report, no monthly meetings to discuss strategy and improvements. EKM are supposed to be PPC experts and provide business support but they are not and don’t. They need to change their PPC service to be inline with their competition. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Have been with EKM for a few years now and I have nothing but praise to offer, Before EKM I used a couple of the brand leaders but sales were very slow indeed.
Always help on hand if your having issues building your site once your confident with the software it's very easy to update your site for stock control, pricing etc.
