Worst possible company I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. They charge premium prices but deliver second rate service. I have had an issue for last 8 weeks and they just ignore messages, even ther MD ignored my messages, a truly shocking company, ive has issues with their payment system, and they alwys blame the thirst party, Klarna in this case, yet after 7 weeks they finaolly admitted it was something they needed to sort their end, which led to me not being able to take card payments for 7 weeks. I have had issues with their app now showing orders beyond a week, again fobbed off. THe worst issue is the staff on the help chat, they dfo not report issues asking you to report again and again for someone to com back to you and say there is no timeframe for these things to get fixed.

I have been using their off the shelf online shop since 2008. Their staff's response time is excellent, always pickup my call quickly if I have some setup questions. I also used their EKM "chart with us" online they always answer questions within 3 minutes. I don't know why I left their 5 stars review a little bit late, like 17 years.
****The only problem I had since 3 years ago was that my clients couldn't receive 'order confirmation automatic Email' after they placed the order. So I have to send email manually after payment confirmed, I didn't have this issue in the past 14 years with my yahoo email. I asked them why, they said something like Yahoo connection issue or something else which I don't really understand why that happen after all these years. And I don't want to pay extra to create my own company email and give up using yahoo email for free. SO at this time I minus 1 star.
Also since I am selling airsoft guns, they can't allow thier EKM payment to accept credit card. I have to use external gateway STRIPE.

You are restricted to do any core changes. What they did you have to use it which was last built in 1990s.

You can't change Permalink and don't remove .asp from links so you will always struggle to rank your products on Google. Your all efforts in SEO vanish when you change your platform due to bad permalinks structure.

If you are a website owner, You must have to use ClearAccept and when you applied to them they will reject your application as they don't support this type of business . (So why you allow to this business on your platform? and why you are charging your cut when using third party payment, It's EKM/Clearaccept issue not us so either accept it or don't charge your commission)

And if you close your website and remove domain with them but forget to cancel account (when you remove domain there is nothing on your website link to them) they will stay charging to you each month and filling their pocket.(They took around £700 from me after leaving them)

Don't do sales over £150,000 otherwise you will be charged an insane fees of £300+ each month. Don't come in trap of their £29/month package.

Cheap PPC service by their experts at cost of £720/month: EKM promised a 10x ROAS but never delivered more than 6.5x—meanwhile, I was achieving better results on my own! Their so-called "experts" couldn’t even spend half the budget because every time they increased it, ROAS dropped, and they had no answers.

To make things worse, when I decided to leave, they charged me for an extra month due to a hidden notice clause. White-collar thieves with zero ethics!

Avoid them at all costs—Otherwise you will ruin your life to deal with these people.

I was with ekm powershop for years and years I was ill so closed store then I wanted to return now it’s £300 a month! Even if I wanted too pay that it’s not achievable in the initial months so I’m having to look elsewhere Shame as was with them when they started out -gutted
