The support we get from EKM is really well beyond what you might reasonably expect. They fast, human, intelligent and cooperative. We have many businesses with websites with EKM and will be adding more for sure.

The support I received from EKM was fantastic. I am not technically minded so they took me through simple steps to resolve a problem with my website. I am now back up and running again thanks to the professional and speedy support of EKM. We do not encounter many problems but when we do they are always quick to respond and they go the extra mile to help.

"EKM should value their customers, not drive them away."

I was a customer with EKM for over 16 years and in the beginning it was great, customer service was spot on and all was good. Then the company was sold and so began the downward spiral.

Firstly I have to say about their Facebook page! If you join and you post something that they don't like, you get kicked out, regardless of whether it is fact or not. It is run by an overbearing woman who seems to have let the power go to her head!

Then there is the amount of money they have taken from me. IF YOU CANCEL SOMETHING AT THE WRONG TIME OF THE MONTH, THEY KEEP THE MONEY THAT YOU SHOULD BE REFUNDED. So be warned, cancel just before your bill is due, otherwise you will be paying for a service you no longer have but have paid for until the end of the month.

On top of this is the fact that I upgraded to a business manager, firstly unknown to me, they pop the statistic app in with this. Then your business manager leaves and you are paying for a service which you aren't receiving for over a month, then when you downgrade, they don't tell you that you have to downgrade the statistic app, so carry on billing you for it!

If that wasn't enough, there was the time that my Google Adwords stopped running for over a week and nobody noticed, I was also paying for that service too.

Then there was the whole debacle of Clear Accept. Being forced to use them, being told they had a really good rate for taking credit card payments (they don't by the way and are as bad as EKM, who are owned by them! Say no more!).

Overall I have moved to a much better company, cut my bills in half and everything works like a dream.

The reason I left was that I no longer felt valued, the costs escalated out of control and the woman who runs their Facebook page.
