I love the ease of ekm websites as I have no knowledge of how to create one. I’m not happy at all with the price increases. Almost making me need to leave as I don’t generate enough sales to make it worthwhile

Having many many issues with EKM, never any available upfront support and help. Everything has to go through a team with no ETAs its frustrating. Losing sales now.
Toda however Ive been dealt with by Becky how has within 10 minutes been able to give my website an option which is far further than Ive got with the IT team. Thank you Becky i appreciate todays help

How belittling does that response look on your behalf EKM! I do have a website with you guys and have done since 2018! I’m not sure why you’re confused if you’ve pulled the conversation with Becky you will in fact see the communication from the week before with another colleague of yours!
Apologies for using the technical term IT TEAM! It’s your TECHNICAL TEAM so I wasn’t too far off!
Your response is beyond defensive but I’m happy to provide you with the full email logs from 9/11/2024 proving and showing all my statement to be true!!

EKM were a great webshop company. Now owned by Clear Accept they offered an in house payment processing service. It looks like not enough users switched so they then made it the only payment option, and if you still refuse they start charging transaction fees, just to turn the screws a little bit more
Abhorrent tactics in my opinion
