Prices have skyrocketed. Functionality is basic for those of us that can't afford to pay the extortionate fees for higher levels. Created my website with this company because they were a small company in the UK who seemed to be interested in their customers. Not so much now. The only reason I haven't moved is because I don't want to start from scratch and I'm not sure anyone else would be much better. But as soon as I find a better option I am gone.

Big price increases, upgrades that don't work properly and still hugely lagging behind the main e-commerce platforms. There are still some great first line support staff (the only reason we didn't give 1 star), but fast becoming a shadow of the once great platform that won our business years ago.
If it was easier and cheaper to leave to another platform without impacting our business, we'd switch.

Customer service staff Joshua was great at helping us fix an issue on our site (had our site now for about 5 years+) and the team has helped us get up and running for all these years. Prices are quite high but great service eitherway.
