"Feeling Scammed!"
Ordered screen door parts costing over $60 (including shipping) on 3/15. My credit card was charged immediately. However, after a couple of weeks without a shipping notification, I reached out to support. On 3/24 "Dawn" promised my order was being shipped the following day (3/25). As of today, 4/1, no shipment notification and order not received. Reach back out to support and have heard nothing. Nobody answers the phone - just a message that due to Covid they are doing the best they can and then the call disconnects. Starting to feel like I've been scammed!!
UPDATE: After my review posted, I got a call this morning telling me that this review was so "rude." I explained it was rude to not return an e-mail and lie about a shipment being made last week. First he claimed they did respond (they didn't). Then, the gentleman said, "Oh, well your shipment was going out today but we've cancelled your order and refunded you" and immediately hung up on me. If you want to do business with a professional company, look elsewhere!
UPDATE 2: I have checked my e-mail (both inbox and spam folders) and I received just one e-mail telling me my order would be shipping last week - after I inquired on the status of my order. No mention of a manufacturing delay, which I would have totally understood. The only other e-mail I received was this morning - after this review - showing that a refund was being processed for my order. This is not the way to do business! Be honest with customers and they will understand. Calling them liars, not a good look!
UPDATE 3: The hits keep coming. The company changes its response and now, my honest review is "petty." Stay classy WR Hardware! Run don't walk away from them.

Placed an order on 9/12 received an email Just to let you know — we've received your order #345387, and it is now being processed. My card was charged on 9/14. I sent a note on 9/24 asking shipping status and have heard nothing. I realize the company is busy, but no reply from the emails and no way to contact by phone.
I noticed you responded. Since these items are back ordered, let’s just cancel the order. Please check you email and respond to me directly. Thank you.
9/29/2020-I’ve submitted a dispute with my cc company for a full refund. I understand delays and being short staffed, but it’s important that you respond to customers timely, I sent 2 emails and no response. The response on this site was immediate. Thank you.

"Another victim of "Increasing" order status"
Like others -- and how I wish I'd read reviews on third-party sites before ordering from this company! -- I received no communication at all about the status of my order, following the initial message that it had been received and was being "processed."
Because one item in my order was time-sensitive, I checked the Web site several times for an estimated time of shipping or arrival; the only notation on my order was that it was "Increasing," whatever the heck that means. They don't answer their phone and the voicemail tells customers to inquire online instead, so I did. Polite email sent: no answer. Finally I asked via their contact form whether I should simply cancel my order, since I had no idea when it would ever be shipped.
Next thing I received: email containing "your Refund receipt." While I'm glad they gave my money back, I have to say this is one of the least communicative companies I've ever dealt with. No attempt to update customers on the status of orders, no response to customer-service inquiries, no one answering phone calls, and the most bizarre order status I've ever seen on an online account. What the heck IS "Increasing" supposed to mean?
Edited to add: My order number was #342795, in case you'd like to use that to cast more aspersions on me. It's odd that while all your recent customers are posting the same kinds of reviews of your customer service, none of their problems are ever your fault. People upset with your service *must* somehow be your competitors undermining you (by ... ordering from you? really?) -- please. Come up with a better reason you can't be bothered to fill orders in a timely fashion, update accounts (aside from "Increasing," which means nothing), or tell customers why. :(

"Unfulfilled order with zero communication from company"
I placed an order 2 weeks ago, and the status of my order has not changed since that time. The status is "INCREASING", but not sure what that means. I have been trying to cancel this order the the last 4 days, however there is not an option to do so online, and nobody has returned my messages. I have even tried calling, but their auto-attendant says that they are not accepting calls at this time, and that I have to send a message, which leaves me back at square one. No help, no support and a charge for merchandise that I have no faith that I will ever receive. I am at a dead end. I would love to talk to someone at the company to resolve this issue, but that seems increasingly unlikely at this point. Extremely poor customer service. As if they don't really care.
UPDATE: WRHardware just responded to my review with a complete fiction. My order was not canceled and stayed in "Increasing" status. I have never spoken to anyone from this company, and have never received a reply to my emails which have been very courteous. Whoever is responsible for these replies is obviously not a customer service professional. All of their responses are defensive and rude. Being over a team of customer service professionals myself, I would never reduce myself to "cursing" and "abusive language". It is strange that the first communication I received is after placing a negative review on a public site. I would have been fine with my order being canceled. The only thing that I would have preferred is any communication at all, or at least a response to my messages.

The company did finally refund my purchase and stated that it had been canceled due to low stock, but only after I had posted my initial review here.

I thought this experience was over, but this morning, I awoke to a voicemail from someone at this company calling me names and making comments about my house, which I can only construe as a threat. I have submitted my information along with a copy and record of this voicemail to the Better Business Bureau, and am contemplating legal action. This is utterly unacceptable behavior from any company representative.

"Placed an order on April 30"
Placed an order on April 30, 2020 and my order status is listed as "increasing". I have contacted them in writing twice to ask for clarification and when my order will ship as it is listed as being in stock. I have had no response from this company. This morning I tried contacting them by phone but all you hear is an automated recording and then it hangs up. What kind of customer service is this? My order was placed for my elderly parents and if this company cannot deliver, then I need a refund asap so that I can find this product for my parents elsewhere.

If you refuse to act professional and provide working outlets for customers to contact you, then maybe you shouldn't be in business. As for you issuing a refund, we shall see if the money is actually credited back to the original payment method.

"Is I could give a 0 I would"
If I could give a 0 I would. I placed an order on 3/25/2020, it was supposed to ship within 7 business days, now it is 4/16, and I have not received my order. I sent messages and noone had responded. I just want to cancel the order at this point, very bad way to do buisness!!!
First of all I sent you ppl 2 messages in regards to the order status saying "increasing" as to what that meant, and noone bother to explain. And it takes for me to write a negative review in reg. To your costumer service for you to respond. I am very much aware of what is going on in the world, as I've lost friend to this, and I understood that it would've taken some time, all I was asking for was CLARIFICATION, which I never got.
But whatever, thank you for cancelling the order.

"Still haven’t received order-It’s been 4 weeks"
It’s been 4 weeks since I placed my order for toilet paper! I received 1 email confirming the order and nothing since. I’ve tried contacting via their online contact form 4X and have never received a response. They do not answer their phones either? Very disappointed and frustrated

"They say "in stock" when it IS NOT"
This company listed products as "in stock" when they clearly were not. After waiting a couple of weeks, I sent an email. Nothing. I then called and got voicemail, where I left a message. I got a message back saying "We'll ship when we have the product." Another 2 weeks went by and I got a refund notice. Extremely poor service. Sure I know all about difficulties during COVID-19. So don't list products as "in stock" if they are not! And by the way, when I ordered it, there was no notice about COVID-19, and mention of shortage. It was listed as "in stock". You may have added language later but that did not help me at the time as a paying customer.

Now you are trying to lie once again and say this is not a real order. Maybe you should check Thursday Apr 2 at 4:11pm when your merchant account send me the refund receipt. That's what I list above. It's a refund receipt from WR Hardware I also have a screenshot of the original order which I tried to paste in here but Trustpilot does not allow links. You took my money, lied about having the product, were unresponsive for weeks and weeks, and then you don't even recognize your own merchant account's refund protocols. Maybe go into another line of business.

WR Hardware took my money. They will not pickup the phone nor do they respond to emails. I paid to receive my order through UPS. I placed my order on March 24th. I will be calling my credit card company to reverse the charges. I noticed their Facebook page is not updated. I thought this was a good company.

"They take your money and you get NOTHING!!"
Placed an order for 2 8pack of Bounty paper towels which stated immediate shipping. Week later contacted as to where product was with NO RESPONSE. Tried contacting again today NO RESPONSE!! Seems to be a TOTAL SCAM OPERATION!! Will stick with reputable online merchants from now on.
