"Hesitant at first….BUT"
I was hesitant to sell a car online but I did my research and tried 3 places. The big name site that rhymes with Nirvana low balled me - Cellina Marcera and All Cars were fair from the start. Cellina was my rep and she was first class. Always available. No question to silly - always in communication. This experience was amazing. They do there inspections effectively and efficiently. I already have a friend reaching out to them!! This is how business should be nowadays. All Cars and Ms Marcera are a throwback to the old trustworthy loyal days of doing deals on a handshake. I will certainly use again in the future. Hopefully Cellina will still be there or she may be President of the Company by then!!! Job well done!!

Dien je een inruilverzoek in, krijg je een achterlijke reactie dat ze de prijs die ik op Marktplaats heb staan niet kunnen betalen. Waarom denk je dan dat ik een inruilverzoek heb ingediend?

"Don't do business with Allcars"
Allcars gave me an amazing offer over the phone prior to the vehicle inspection. The inspection occurred a couple of days later, and the assessor provided no feedback to me at that time. When I finally received his report, he claimed that my vehicle had an oil leak (not true) and a check engine light on (also not true). The final offer was thousands of dollars less than the initial offer. You would think that he would have discussed those "major" issues with me during his inspection, but he didn't since there were no major issues. These deceptive practices need to stop.

"No response from the company"
I was trying to sell a vehicle and receive an offer. I was paired with a concierge James and had a question. He did not respond back to me. I then reached out to the website chat and was told by Karen (?) they had closed and they would call me the next day which they did not do. I emailed a complaint to the company and Steve assured me he would make things right and scheduled a call for the next morning at 9. It is now 3 days later and no call.
