I have had the pleasure of dealing with Glenn Dolby from Liquidline for over a year now and enjoyed their fresh coffee using their S1 and the X3 machines. Glenn is personable, responsive, takes total ownership and goes above and beyond and really does provide 5 star customer service. I could not recommend Liquidline highly enough and just love the Platino beans and fabulous Mochas.

Unfortunately not happy with this company ordered a coffee machine
9 weeks ago wasn't told it was out of stock when I ordered it every time I have phoned you cant get through to speak to any one numerous phone calls eventually you get to speak to someone they tell you it will be 2 weeks which is nearly 10 weeks after ordering all calls go to answer machine no one ever calls you back. Not one call did I have from them to tell me why I wasn't getting the coffee machine.So I would stay clear of this company.

Thank you Lorraine for looking after us. The new coffee machine is fantastic. I only phoned to ask one question which Lorraine answered, but what impressed me the most was she was more than happy to share good advice and good practice with our new machine and how to get the most out of it. Lots of other coffee companies have a lot to learn from companies like Liquidline

"Fast Service and Charley at Liquidline…"
Fast service and Charley at Liquidline went the extra mile to help. I urgently needed some consumables for next day delivery but had just missed the cut off (having spent a while to get through to speak to someone) but Charley was, as always, super helpful and worked her magic. I do find it can be difficult to get through to Liquidline and it's frustrating that you don't have the option to wait on the line - you have to leave a message and wait for a call back - but once you're speaking with someone, the staff are superb. Especially Charley.

More than happy to leave a 5-star review when deserved, as dealing with Liquidline was just that.
Spoke to the very lovely Lorraine (twice) and she quickly and happily sorted my issue. Thought it was going to be a pain to sort everything but the aforementioned Lorraine was superb.
Big thumbs up and a big 'thank you' also. I'm sure the machine error will be sorted when engineer visits in a couple of days.
