As a small new customer of Liquidline after they took over my normal supplier, you never know what the service would be like.
When DHL failed to deliver due to an address issue, Laura took control of the situation and ensured that DHL were sent back the next day and the package was received.
Excellent service.
I was also concerned about the swap of coffee beans from my old supplier, but the ones they are sending Cafe Bunte are just as good.

Spoke with Amy on the 23rd April with three queries and by lunch time the next day, all three queries were dealt with and satisfactorily closed. One of the issues required an engineer visit who came out the very next morning. Excellent customer service!
