"Only got one star so could write a review "

Disgusting company. Should be called RoLL. Tie you into terrible contracts have to pay for repairs unless you buy there products at inflated delivery prices. There are much better companies out there that don’t tie you into all of this after terrible experience with this company I have found a decent company. Don’t use them.

"I called in a problem we were having on…"

I called in a problem we were having on Thursday morning. In about an hour a gentleman called and talked me through a few fixes. He decided it needed an engineers visit. I received an email stating an engineer would visit. I then received an email to give us his name and what time he would be there roughly. He arrived promptly and proceeded to fix the problem.
