A big scam they are running. I fell for it but don't want anyone else to face this. Please stay away from them. They have different websites, phone numbers. I got a call from 306-403-4430. My booking got cancelled and now they are not responding to my calls or emails.

This is a scam.. I enquired booking tickets for my parents, immediately Ranveer Singh 438-801-5480 called me, they also have a other number 306-403-4430. He asked me the travel details, passport copies etc. After a few minutes he sent me a booking via Emirates, which was a legit booking. He asked me to call the airlines and confirm the booking, this way they gather your trust. They offered $199 discount of I did a bank transfer via Remitly and Ria money transfer. Once they received the money, Ranveer said there was some system glitch and was unable to issue tickets. After a few hours they ended up blocking me. STAY AWAY!

They just scammed us with Remitly transfer and also with a credit card transaction.

All the reviews are Fake. Don't trust them.

"Terrible Tour Guide... will abandon you!!!!!"

Terrible Tour Guide - Do NOT trust them to take care of you.
My 65+ year old parents went for a 3+ weeks land and sea tour of South America with Canada One Tour in March 2020. They left Canada prior to all the travel advisories for COVID 19.
We are not upset about the trip as the land tour was full of fun activities. We are upset with the lack of professionalism of the tour guide Winnie Tsang. Making the right choice, with the COVID 19 pandemic, Winnie decided not to proceed with the cruise which was included in the package. Unfortunately, she decided this on her own and DID NOT share her decision with the 15+ members of her tour group. The only reason why my parents found out is because they overheard her conversation with her daughter. As the tour guide, she abandoned the rest of the group (which consisted of 65+ seniors with little English fluency) in South America and left them to arrange their own way back home. I am thankful everyone got back home safely but NEVER will I recommend anyone to go with Canada One.
