Purchased the Muc-Off mystery package. And Dude was I stoked! Like Christmas for an old man. Great products, great service. Why would you use anything but Muc-Off!

I've been a muc off user for about 3 or 4 years now and I love your products. I recently replaced a preasure washer as my first muc off preasure washer broke (got it through rocky mountain atv mc) and it got here quick and your website was easy to use. I have not yet used the new preasure washer but I am headed to clubmx for a week of trai ING next week and will be using it every day. Thank you very much this old broken dwn army vet loves your products and will continue to use and endorse them.

"£100 bicycle mystery bag "

I recently purchased the Muc-Off Mystery Bag and, to be honest, I’m pretty disappointed with the overall value and selection of items.

First off, the fact that the bag itself is included in the total price feels a bit cheeky—especially when the product is marketed as a “mystery bag.” You’d expect the cost to cover mystery items, not the packaging.

The contents were underwhelming. A brush set, sponge, and microfibre cloth are standard items that most Muc-Off customers probably already own. Considering the slogan was “expect the unexpected,” I found it ironic that what I received was incredibly predictable.

The most expensive item was a £50 chain lube, which might appeal to competitive riders, but for the average cyclist, a good £8.50 lube does the job just fine. I would’ve much preferred to see a range of smaller, more useful items instead of blowing the budget on something that only suits a niche group.

And then there’s the surf bucket hat—thrown into a cycling mystery bag. I honestly have no words for that inclusion.

That said, not everything was a miss. I was genuinely happy to receive a water bottle and disc brake cover, as those were items I had been considering anyway.

All in all, I won’t be purchasing this again. The bag felt padded with basic, low-effort items, and the high-ticket product didn’t add meaningful value for me. It would be great if Muc-Off considered tailoring the mystery bag with a quick rider profile—commuter, road, MTB, etc.—so the contents could be better suited to the individual.

I ordered the surprise bag, and it was filled with a lot of nice products, it was a great value! It received some things I had not used before and am looking forward to seeing how they work on my bike.

Recently purchased, excellent value and good fun not knowing exactly what I would receive, but knowing it would be good quality and useful. The product surpassed my expectations and it was really exciting to find out what I would receive. I would definitely buy one again.

"Not a great shopping experience"

The direct to customer service seems to have gone downhill, order was despatched in a few days but entirely silent during that time. Well packed and presented but items in box damaged and no response to email. I know it was a clearance sale but expected better.
