Items were shipped quickly. The product was easy to use and left my motorcycle clean. The only beef I would have is that during packing the one nozzle and tube were put into the box casually and the tube arrived to me with a kink. I had to soften it and put it back into a semi-straight line.

I've been a long time muc off customer and have found they have good value, so I believed the description on this product saying it wasn't shelf fillers. Well that isn't the case at all. Received a brush that seems like it is used? and one microfiber towel that has a dirt spot on it so also seems used. The rest of the products don't seem like they'd be worth $120 let alone $280 as promised in the description! A dry bag, ludicrous lube, one set of rotor covers, a brush set and the aforementioned towel and soft brush. I'm pretty upset honestly and may rethink being a loyal muc off customer after buying this crap.
