I love Muc Off products and have been using them for a while, meaning I have bought and own several. I recently purchased a mystery pack, as I thought was going to be an exciting thing, but unfortunately the most valuable item in there was the disc brake cover, which I already own. I asked customer support to swap it out with something else and essentially I got a fat ‘computer says no’ as a reply. Bit disappointed really. Would have hoped for a bit more ‘customer love’.
