sending from abroad its difficult to know what the flowers will be like but my sister was over the moon with the orange and lemon bouquet and sent me pictures...I will not hesitate to use flowerfete again in the future...

"Mothers day flowers"

Having ordered flowers for mothers day from Flowerfete I was disappointed to find that the flowers were not delivered on time. In fact I am still waiting for them to be delivered over a week later. I have made numerous phone calls and sent a couple of emails but have had no reply.

I am quite appalled at the level of customer service they seem to deliver. I for one won't be using this company again and if I could give negative stars I would.

"DROPPED CARNATION FLOWER HEAD"

Two separate, identical, orders were placed, both carnations. Were delivered as requested on the due date. The second recipient received them on her birthday, 26th February, 2016 and I was later informed on my enquiring if they were o.k. that on unpacking there was one stem minus the flower head, which was lying within the packaging. I then made enquiries of my first recipient if her flowers had been o.k and then learnt that she had experienced the same ie one stem minus the flower head, which was lying within the packaging.

I have been in communication with this Company because I do not consider even one flower arriving minus its head is acceptable. All they keep bleating on about is: After reviewing the photo you have kindly sent to us, we are pleased with the quantity of flowers received as these are with in our expectations.

We apologise for any disappointment, though the flowers received are representative of the flowers displayed on our website.

I think they mean "quality" and not "quantity" as typed. They have also said in an earlier response: We do understand though that when dealing with perishable items such as flowers, some stems may not perform as we would hope and we are keen to address these issues.

I shall never use this Company again because in all the years I have been ordering flowers on-line with several other Companies this particular problem has never occurred. Flowerfete are not interested in my valid complaint. They clearly acknowledge that "some stems may not perform as we would hope and we are keen to address these issues". However, they see fit not to put things to right.

"Disappointing to say the least!"

Having used Flowerfete several times before, experiencing no problems, I am highly disappointed with the appalling level of service from their customer care team this time round. I ordered my flowers well in advance to arrive for a birthday on 1st December - the flowers have still not arrived and despite speaking to several members of staff, each with differing stories, I am yet to find out why!! I've been promised numerous call backs, re-deliveries and different refund options for the inconvenience, all of which I am still waiting for - just like my flowers!!

Following numerous attempts to contact yourselves I have no opened a case with PayPal I am unhappy with the service provided and find the level of customer satisfaction unsatisfactory

I order two sets of flowers one of the order contained roses my mum favourites however less than 24 hours after delivery they whither and died despite care being taking and my mums best efforts to stop this happening I emailed the customer service department to advise of my disappointment I never received a reply I send a further email with photos and no reply aweek to ten day later no reply or knowledgement which annoys and upsets me I feel greatly let down a joke my advise stay clear

"Don't bother, customer care appalling and flowers delivered on the wrong day!!"

Ordered flowers for my elderly mum to be delivered on the anniversary of my dads death. Flowers weren't even dispatched until the following day. The result was a very tearful phone call to my mum explaining that I had organised for flowers to be sent and I was really upset they hadn't arrived for her.
Have sent 2 emails to this company and they haven't even bothered to respond.
Due to the amount of competition about these days I would have thought customer care and satisfaction would be of great importance....apparently not....well I won't be using Flowerfete again and will be telling everyone I know about my experience with them and warning them not to use them either!

"Big disappointment !!!"

Flowers were delivered on the wrong day, late and damaged. Looked very bad and ridiculous. Nothing to compare with the picture on the web site! I was really embarrassed, because it was a gift to my friend. I will never order anything from them! Horrible experience!
But to be fair, I have to admit, they gave me a hassle free full refund. That's why they've got an extra star from me...Only for that reason!
