"Poor quality"

Ordered flowers for next day and they were dying as soon as my girlfriend opened the box. May be cheaper than rest but quality is very poor when i complained was told to send pictures and no reply would not use them again

Orderd some flower ,should be delivered by Saturday for my mum's birthday! Didn't turned up until Monday!called customer service ,bad addituide and say you can make a formal complaint if you want,but there is nothing we can do!!

I bought a bunch of flowers plus a glass vase to be delivered on Sunday 6th September. The flowers were not attempted to be delivered on Sunday and were delivered Monday meaning my grandmothers birthday had been missed. Not only were the flowers delivered on the wrong day, they arrived completely rotten and covered in the glass from the vase which had smashed all over them due to insufficient packaging. I contacted the company who replied on the first instance saying they would refund the delivery charge (which they haven't) and would issue me with a gift voucher which again they haven't. This is completely unfair, not only could my elderly grandmother have been seriously injured putting her hand in a box covered in broken glass, she was obviously very upset not to get the flowers on her birthday and to then receive them in a poor standard which were only suitable for the bin!! The company have not responded to my past 2 emails about the condition of the flowers and the broken vase.

"Don't Waste Your Time"

I ordered flowers to be sent to my friend on her birthday as I was unable to attend her birthday party. I paid for Sunday delivery, courier service, at the actual venue where the party was being held. I even called after placing the order to leave clear instruction for the courier. The flowers did not arrive and tracking info had not been updated. I contacted Flowerfete but their offices were closed. I called the courier service (hermes - who are dreadful btw - have used them in the past and had I known they were handling my delivery would never have placed the order in the first place) who told me they were unable to assist. On Monday I rang the office to request that they deliver flowers to a new address, given that the party was over and my friend would not be at the venue. Flowerfete said they could not change the address without sending flowers back to the depot, ergo my delivery would now be delayed by a further 1-2 days. Ridiculous service, and operations. Customer service team did nothing to help rectify the situation and in the end I requested a refund and used another provider. Don't waste your time - go to a trusted and well established florist instead.

Having experienced some problems getting a discount code accepted I telephoned the company and my order was dealt with promptly and the recipient was thrilled with her bouquet

"Beautiful flowers but disappointed"

The flowers were beautiful and competitively price however I was disappointed in that they didn't last as long as I would have liked, I bought them for my mum for her birthday and these died days before others my mum had received from other family members from the local supermarket which was very disappointing.

"Delivery!"

Flowers ordered for 2 people different addresses miles apart on a Friday for delivery Saturday, both people home all day, no flowers! I rang flower fete on Monday morning, they told me delivery was made to both addresses and that no one answered on Friday, I then said they were booked for Saturday and she replied oh yes!! Flowers were eventually delivered on Monday, one bouquet ok and one in a very poor condition. Have had flowers from flower fete before with no problems, will think again before ordering nearly £60.00 worth of flowers from them :(
