All parts (mailbox, base, post & finial, decorative scroll and address plaques) arrived safely in separate, well-packaged boxes. Numbering & lettering on the plaques were perfect--exactly as ordered. He was so very helpful, personable and knowledgeable.....I wasn’t sure if the mailbox was going to work for them, so I didn’t want to personalize it till later....mailbox arrived for Christmas. Found the ordering process very easy on your site and the price was extremely competitive. The product arrived in a reasonable time in 3 separate, well packed/protected boxes.
The snow plows hit my previous box and I now have it held together with bungee cords until the weather allows the installation of my new box, so I haven’t tried the installation instructions yet but anticipate no issues based on my experience thus far.
