Everything arrived, eventually. The tracking information for the bolt kit was separate from the actual cluster box. The instructions for how to contact the Post Office was clear as mud. I have spent hours trying to deal with the Post Office to get them to come out and install the lock set on the box. Still waiting....

The mailbox is absolutely gorgeous! It is classic and substantial and will undoubtedly last for many years.

When we had it installed we realized that one of the brackets was missing and contacted customer service. They responded immediately and we received the part less than a week later. Amazing!

It's always nice to receive good customer service at the point of sale, but making things right after the sale is the trademark of a great company.

First time I ever had to order a cluster mailbox. We were promptly notified that product would take a bit longer to come in (probably due to COVID). Product was well crated and came in in good shape. They even offered a video of where to find the keys packed inside the box.

I ordered my mailbox, it arrived earlier than expected, and was really packaged well for delivery. The mailbox looks great and the quality far surpasses what I had before. It looks really good and now I just wish that my neighbors would upgrade, too!!
