"Great Service, Simple to Use"

I was recently looking for a real estate photographer for one of my listings, when I remembered some marketing emails I received from Urban Capitol Photography. I decided to give them a try. I went on their website, and was thrilled to find that I could make an appointment right there. They had a lot of open availability, and booking was quick and painless. I received an invoice to pay the day before, and my assigned photographer showed up the next day and did the shoot in 45 minutes. He took very nice pictures, and I got them back in less than 24 hours. Not only that, but the pictures helped make my listing very popular- I had an offer by Day 3. I was very happy with my service, and will definitely use them again!

The pictures were very nice, however, the communication was not so good. I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 and received an email were my appointment was changed to 11:00.
I added virtual staging to my order and received an email stating that it would be a 5-12 hour turnaround time. Days went by and I never received a follow up email with the photos. When I called, I was told that the photos had been added to the original link. I never received any communication to let me know that the photos were ready and had been added to the previous link. I only received the photos after I called to inquire. I was given a partial refund for the mishap but I ready had preferred to have the photos timely to present my listing.

"I’ve hired Urban Capitol twice…"

I’ve hired Urban Capitol twice - both times for rental listings.
The first time the photographer showed up 45 minutes early and the second time the photographer showed up 30 minutes late.
The photos are OK. Maybe a little better than I can do with my phone camera.
The photographers need better training on attractive angles and the editors could work on getting the lighting adjusted properly.
Over all, the people that I dealt with were polite.
