She consistently expressed how pleased she was with the photographer and all of the photos.

I have used this company several times in the past couple of years - they keep getting better and better with each photo session. They have added on their services and the owner, Kevin, is very involved and cares about his customers. Their prices are competitive - they have gone up, but so has their quality of service.

But the online ordering process was
Flawed with errors, incomplete tasks.
I’m addition the virtual staging is still not delivered a week later, it’s promised (again) for later
Today.
I had to order a new virtual tour package today because it was omitted in the confusing online order form.
Other than the 4.5 star photographer, I rate the company 2 stars

"I had to have another company finish the job..."

I have used their services on a few occasions and had very positive experiences. My last experience was the worst service I have ever experienced in the years of working with real estate photographers.
Every business has problem once in a while but it's how they handle the problem that makes the difference between keeping a customer for life or loosing the customer and having them write bad reviews like this one.
They were 2 hours late for the shoot. Late in delivering the first set of photos and I still have not received the photos i needed for my client.
They could have made it right but I found that the Owner LIED to me right from the start. I like to work with local family owned business but I will not work with this one ever again. I plan to share the details of this experience with many of the agents that I work with.....
