Great service!
Placed and order for some new flooring for the bedroom. Arrived by pallet 3 days later, delivery driver rang me on way so it was easy English to meet him to take delivery.

I’ve fitting a lot of SPC flooring (some more awkward than others) but this was so easy to lay, great quality, great product. customer service contacted me on WhatsApp a week or so later to check I was happy with their service/delivery etc.

I Would definitely recommend and would also use them again in the future.

awful please do not use this company, there is no customer service at all, emails, calls everything has been ignored. They have had £800 of my money and still no flooring!!! I think this company is a scam company or a shoddy back street place in Birmingham

I would not recommend this company as there is no customer service. I have tried contacting them via email, online form, webchat and even left a voicemail and nobody has got back to me. I guess they aren't getting back to anyone because when I tried to leave a second voicemail, it's saying the mailbox is full.

"Fab service and flooring "

They were fab! I ordered from another leading flooring company and they literally took the funds, said it was out for delivery then said it will be 6 months. I was about to leave it and get carpet. But then I spoke with flooring depot on wassap as they kindly sent me additional photos. Then placed my order and it came within the same week.
The flooring is down.
It's lifetime guarantee so let's see :)

Overall, I would definitely order again.

Needed some lvt floor for my kitchen and was recommended by a friend to visit the floor depot. They have a wide range to choose from at their shop. The assistant talked me though my options and we choose to go for the lvt.
Delivery was free and on the date and time chosen by us.
The whole process was no hassle and the floor looks great in our new kitchen.
I would definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again when we do our new hall and porch. 10 out of 10.
