Communication is shocking.3 weeks from delivery date and still not resolve. Good luck trying to speak to someone, whether that's over the phone or by their chat system. They never return your calls, never replying to my emails.
They took the money, delivered wrong colour LVT and now saying I agree that . None is picking up the phone or answering the email. AVOID, do not recomend

Website calculator was very accurate, had just enough flooring to complete the room and 5 boards left over after completion which meant I could have recovered from making mistakes!
Great friendly service and delivered to my door.

"Unreliable company, stay away"
Save yourselves the troubles and stay away from this company. I've ordered late November being told that delivery will be made within a week and delivery was delayed also some packs were damaged and I've kept reaching out weekly with no joy now being early January. Early December after seeing that is absolutely impossible to get hold of this people and that they didn't delivered on the delivery dates theyve provided I wanted to cancel the order but I then been told that 25% of the whole order will be deducted as restocking fee but the goods have never left their warehouse.
The aftersale support is absolutely non existent being pushed between the sales rep and their customer support.
I at least hope the product will perform as described and to be the last time I have to deal with this people.

"STILL NO RESPONSE"
I am writing to follow up on my previous inquiries regarding the status of my order 41923009. It’ll mark three weeks tomorrow since I placed this order, and despite my attempts to contact you, I have not received any updates. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
If this matter is not resolved by the end of today, I will have no choice but to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback for the payment. I expect an immediate response with either confirmation that my order has shipped, along with tracking information, or a full refund.
I trust you will treat this matter with urgency and resolve it promptly.

"Absolutely dreadful company"
Absolutely dreadful company, services and products. I bought approx £800 worth's of flooring from them, it was damaged on delivery, and during fitting we found the flooring to shatter under no pressure or impact, I myself could tear a plank up with no effort. Reported this back to them for them only to blame me and would not take any of my calls, would only communicate via WhatsApp. Long story short I got my card company involved to obtain a refund via faulty goods route. Got there in the end. DO NOT TOUCH THESE WITH A BARGE POLE

"Ordered my flooring no problem"
Ordered my flooring no problem, good communication at point of sale and a follow up call to say the floor would arrive on a certain day, which it did.
Although the courier driver was polite and helpful I would question how the flooring is transported as 4 out of the 16 boxes were damaged, so much so I could see the panels, luckily no damage to the flooring.

"Disappointing After-Sales Service and Delayed Refund Process"
I ordered flooring and initially, the purchase process seemed smooth, which made me hopeful about the quality of service I would receive. However, my experience since then has been a major disappointment. I arranged for 3 boxes of flooring to be collected, which was completed a few weeks ago, but I am still waiting for my refund.
I reached out to customer service last Wednesday and was assured that I’d be updated on the status of my refund soon. Unfortunately, that update never came. Now, a week later, I tried calling again both yesterday and today, but each time my call went straight to voicemail, with no option to speak with a representative.
The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with a sizable purchase like flooring. It’s disappointing to see how quickly the attention to customer service seems to disappear after the initial sale. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of the company, and I would hesitate to recommend them to others.
In my opinion, after-sales service is just as important as the purchase itself, and this company falls short.

"LVT click flooring"
Ordered LVT click flooring, 11 damaged tiles. Sent proof on email within 24 hours .. no response to email, no response to online chat, no response to sms. Haven't tried calling yet.
