"Amazing Umrah Trip"

Just did the 10 day umrah trip in November and I couldn’t have been happier. Anees was super helpful and clear throughout the whole process and was available at all times while we were at Umrah. They had us at the best hotels in both Medina and Mecca and the transportation was amazing throughout. I 100% will recommend them to all my friends and family and plan to travel with them in the future InshAllah. Thanks to Anees for the amazing experience!

We did our Umra with Hajar Travels from Nov8 to Nov 18, 2022… it was very good experience with travel agency. Specially thanks to Anees for very good communication and owner Malik Samad for his best arrangements for group of 10 people including flight, best hotels in Madinah and Makkah including transportation. Alhamdulillah me and my family went for umrah on November, 2022. It was a 7 day package. The package was comparatively cheaper than other agencies. Alhamdulillah it was a nice experience and I'm very happy and satisfied with their services. I would recommend Hager Travels to my friends and family.

We booked a 13 day deluxe luxury Umrah package for our parents. Alhamdulillah the experience was beautiful! No complains at all Alhamdulillah. We were concerned since our parents are old and they were traveling alone but Alhamdulillah Hajar travels truly went beyond our expectations. Sister Hubaiba was extremely helpful throughout the booking process. Brother Abdul Samad, brother Adnan and the entire team was very cooperative as well. The hotel stay in Makkah and Madinah, the transportation services, everything was admirable.
InshAllah we would definitely recommend Hajar Travels to all our friends since it’s cost friendly and offers great packages.

From the beginning they were very responsive. Hubaiba was very kind and walked us through the entire process. Even when there were speedbumps on my end, they were patient and made sure things worked out well alhamdulillah.

"Con Be aware when you pay as they will…"

Be aware when you pay as they will charge you many hundred more then you agreed and when you question again these people will lie to apt time then cancel the trip. Wrost part is you never knew it is cancelled until you arrived at the airport in Ahram.

Not a professional place. Women are bigger con then men. If you want to divorce your wife over the travel messed up arrangements then go ahead. These people will take your money and cancel the trip last minute without any reason and you will never get to Treacel and never see a refund ever. They lie, cheat and defraud you in the name of religion. Also, they are not registered with state or any authorities as travel agency. The people I dealt with were Hubaiba, Adnan, Fahad, Abdul Samad and several other. They all work in the same office pretending they don’t know what is going on. They call you day and night until you say yes.

"When I planned to travel for Umrah"

When I planned to travel for Umrah, I checked for tickets and hotels myself first but they were expensive. I contacted several travel agencies but they offered pretty high prices, around $2800 - $3000 for 7-nights. It was out of my budget.
Then I received an email from Hajar Travels, I got in contact which Hubaiba Farooq who is very nice and noble lady. She offered assistance at every point, I discussed my complete plan with her, as we are seniors we were looking for closer hotels in a affordable price. She took the responsibility and gave us very economical package with closer hotel properties in Makkah and Medina both.
At first I thought that maybe they are fraud like others but after inquiring with several people I get to know that they do offer such good services and prices.
Unfortunately, due to my medical condition my doctor wasn't allowing me to travel and I delayed my plan. But even after this situation Hubaiba consoled me and said that she will help me when I'm ready to go.
After some time, I contacted her again with a plan for Umrah and a trip to Karachi for my niece wedding ceremony. She gave me several options with group packages and customized packages. She was really helpful throughout our package finalization. I really treat her as my daughter because she gave me suggestions considering us on her parents level. This company Hajar Travels is really good and the way they provide services in a very cheap rate with a less profit margin is appreciated. Especially dealing with Hubaiba was great I wish her all the best for her future.

"Travel with Hajar travel bad experience"

Me and my Husband traveled with this agency during the last ten days of the Ramadan 2022. It’s was the worst travel experience. When we got to the airport we waited for over two hours for pickup before the driver showed up everyone as so angry as if that was not enough then he drove us to the hotel we got to the hotel too we couldn’t find the agent who was supposed to check us in we wait for almost 1hrs no one showed up we had to leave our luggages with the receptionist so we can go for Friday prayers without shower or anything. The hotel they told us we will be staying and the hotel we stayed in was not the same, we where told we will stay in Swissotel which is a walking distance to the masjid but we ended up Staying in Makarem Umm AlQura Hotel Which was a big hassle with the bus and the long walking distance. The thing that made us more upset was the agent never helped us perform our Umbrah and it was our first time in macca. We had to find someone els to help us at this point we were so tired of complaining so we decided to forget about the agency and find our own way. After our stay in macca we headed to madina, although we didn’t get any help from the agency to tour us around where lucky to find someone we knew who helped us with everything, this time we were happy with the hotel because it was close to the Haram and it was easy to navigate around Until the worst happened again we were ask to checkout of the hotel a night earlier. Hajar travel didn’t pay for our last night stay and the hotel was full now we had to find a different which we paid for ourselves and they promise to refund it which they never did. They never took us back to the airport we had to pay for this. They never feed us in macca we had to pay for our food and this was supposed to be part of the package. Everything was messy which this agency. They never refunded us any penny as promised i Have the screenshot of every conversation. I was going to sue them for the damages but I decided to leave it to Allah. I am only writing this review to help other people avoid such a bad experience. Don’t be fool by their prices. You will end up spending way more to be able to perform your Umbra. This was not only us but everyone that came in that group. I have everything single message of the group members complains. Before they end of the umbra they blocked us from posting anything in the group. They never communicated with us.


Waaw why are you claiming I never travel with you. I wish I can attached all our
e-mail’s conversations including the ticket on this review. You guys are definitely frauds

"Mixed Feelings"

They did a great job accommodating to what I needed. I am in residency and as such I can’t get that much time off to go for a full ten days with a regular group. They customized my trip for me, so I can go for six days, which was extremely helpful. They provided private taxis for me to and from Jeddah to Mecca to Medina and back to Jeddah.

The hotel in Mecca was not very nice though. I’m not sure if this is a hotel they usually use or one that they had to book for my custom trip. It had a bad smell to it and there were some water bugs around the shower. It was also a lot further of a walk to the haram than I was told. I was told it was 20 minute walk but it was closer to 50. Fortunately, there was a bus outside the hotel that dropped us off by the haram. From there it was a 10-15 minute walk to get into the masjid.

Medina was a great experience. The hotel was very nice and clean. It was a 15 minute walk to the masjid as described. Being able to just relax for a bit at the hotel makes a huge difference in the experience.

I’m very grateful I went and I appreciate the agency for facilitating the journey. Anees was especially very helpful and accommodating and he was there for me to answer all kinds of questions that I had at anytime of the day.
