Assalamualaikum, my name is Fauziana from Atlanta and I recently did Umrah with Umrah Lodge LLC. Brother Ali was very helpful throughout my entire trip and he even helped submitted an application for me for Rawdah. Everytime I called him, he was very responsive and cooperative. I had an amazing experience with Umrah lodges, thanks to Mohammed Ali, who took care of us. Initially, we had requested a room with a view of the Swissotel Makkah Kaaba, but there was an issue with our reservation, and they had to rebook us at the Address Jabar o Mar. At first, I was a bit disappointed, but upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was. Although I still wished for a view of the Kaaba, everything turned out fine.

One thing I must mention is that the transportation service could have been better. The drivers mainly spoke Urdu, which I don’t understand, and this made it challenging for me. Additionally, I found some of the drivers to be a bit rude. Despite this, I ended up having a wonderful experience overall.

We arranged the Saudi trip package through them and had a lot of fun; everything was very good. The hotels were VERY nice and beautiful. their services were excellent, and I had a great time with their company. I will also recommend them to my family in the future. I am very satisfied with them.

I booked my first Umrah journey with Hajar travels from 5 star recommendations from my friends who did their Umrah thru Hajar travels. Flight booking, hotel reservations and transportation was embedded seamlessly into the package, just you need to pack your bags and concentrate only on your Ibaadah. You can forget about everything else. I really loved the way how Shazim and team made my first journey so pleasant that I recommend everyone Hajar travels. I went with my family with 3 kids and I don’t want to spend my devotional time on other things like hotel, visa and transportation. I feel like with Allah’s grace I made the right choice to work with Shazim Ifthikar. He provided exceptional service without getting tired with my silly questions and doubts. The hotels were excellent 5 star hotels with wonderful amenities and excellent breakfast. Muhabiya transportation has excellent drivers with clean and new cars. My kids really enjoyed the stay and travel. It’s an excellent package for the money you spent, I will always use Hajar travels for all my future Umrah trips, in shaa Allah. I am really impressed with Shazim Ifthikar’s ability to make things easier for my first Umrah journey and thankful to him and Hajar travels.
