It saddens me to give this review, especially against an agency that is dealing with Umrah and Hajj.

I paid $6500 for the Umrah land package, but they didn't organize my Umrah and didn't return a single penny. I am filing a lawsuit against this fraudulent company.

Please be careful with this company before you send your money. Once they have the money, their whole attitude change. I have other friends who experienced the same with this company.

Edit - After seeing the reply.

1. You didn't complete the 1st booking entirely (the Jeddah hotel was never booked as committed). And you took money for 5-star hotel but booked 4-stars in Medina.

2. You canceled incomplete 1st booking without my consent

3. You never provided me details of the 2nd booking even after many emails, calls, and texts. Because you never booked.

4. You never produced any receipt or provided any reference number of the hotel bookings

You have been consistently lying once you got the money.

Your lie continues as usual. You never shared booking or reservation numbers. If you did, please share here with my name so that the world can see how truthful you are! Anyway, I shared the details with Trustpoint and would take the matter to the court. It's very clear to me that you don't want to sort this matter gracefully, hence you are forcing me to take the matter to the court.

We booked a family Umrah trip through Hajar Travels with a very positive experience and a personal connection with Hubaiba. From the beginning of our travel plans to the end, Hubaiba was in communication with us and guided our entire experience. The arrangements with the shuttle services at the airport, hotels were noneventful and very punctual. The hotels were nice with clean rooms, good breakfast option and courteous staff. Location of our hotels were very close to the Masjid Nabawi in Medina and Haram Shareef in Mecca. The flight options were also very good and accommodating our preferences. We plan to use Hajar Travels again when booking a Umrah / Hajj trip in the future.

This was suppose to be a special trip as it is for Millions of Muslims.
Bullying and pressuring to pay through Bank transfers and bank wires. Gave no information about the trip besides a half filled itinerary and an airline ticket reservation that the AIRLINE itself could NOT open and see.
Had to cancel our Umrah trip due to COVID and realized that THEY NEVER CONFIRMED ANYTHING. I asked multiple times for the confirmations and all info to be sent via email, but nothing was sent. Obviously this is my fault along with the LOW LIFE behavior of this Company.

At the last second he told me that hotels were non refundable ( even though no reservations were made) and the cancellation policy for the airlines tickets were 50 percent ($600) instead of the $190 per ticket I was told by Saudi Airlines. We lost so much money that we are BROKEN about any further trips to Mecca.

I feel shame and pitty on Mohammad Taqi, or whatever his name is. HE WILL LIE IN THE REPLY! Watch and wait
