I and my family had a wonderful experience during our umrah trip. I choose Hajar after my initial conversation with brother Qasim. he explained everything from Start to end and did a wonderful job. we had one green card holder with Afghan passport and was not issued an e-visa. Qasim brother called us on a Saturday (non-working Day) to ensure he got visa on arrival. everything was perfect from a-z. The hotels we stay at were really nice close to shopping center, restaurant and Mosque in (Medina and Makkah). The transportation and our tour-guide were wonderful. i have recommended them to other people already. i will rebook and recommend them forever.

My Umrah trip was in April 15 . I had a wonderful experience Hajartravels did a wonderful job the hotels we stay at were nice close to shopping center and restaurant and Mosque in both places (Medina and Makkah). My agent was Muhammad Qasim. He did a great job on updating me on the plan in Medina and Makkah .At first I read the negative reviews then I got nervous I call the agent but he was very nice and reassured everything will be okay and it was. Everything when well thank you !

"A Nightmare Experience with Hajar Travels "

Embarking on what was supposed to be a sacred journey turned into a nightmare when we entrusted our arrangements to Hajar Travels. Promised seamless accommodations and flights for our Umrah pilgrimage, we soon found ourselves entangled in a web of broken promises, deceit, and incompetence.

From the outset, Hajar Travels assured us that our trip would be flawlessly coordinated, urging us to trust them with every aspect of our journey. However, as our departure date drew near, the cracks in their facade became glaringly apparent.

The hotels we specifically requested—Swissotel and Anwar Al Madina—were mysteriously absent from our itinerary, replaced with alternatives we had not agreed upon. Attempts to rectify the situation were met with evasiveness and false reassurances from Hajar Travels' representatives.

The situation took a turn for the worse when we discovered that the individual managing our booking had been dismissed due to incompetence and internal issues. Despite assurances from Hajar Travels that a resolution would be swiftly reached, the replacement they provided lacked even the most basic understanding of our arrangements, resorting to lies to pacify us.

Escalating the issue only led to further frustration, as higher-ups within Hajar Travels claimed ignorance and had no record of our trip in their system. It took exhaustive effort, including reaching out directly to the CEO, to finally garner attention to our plight.

Even obtaining a refund proved to be a Herculean task, with Hajar Travels opting for the least convenient method—issuing it via Zelle instead of the credit card we had originally used for payment.

Our experience with Hajar Travels serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting their deceitful practices and blatant disregard for customer service. Entrusting such an important journey to them was a grave mistake, and we implore others to heed our warning and steer clear of Hajar Travels to avoid similar nightmares.

I had a great experience for our Umrah Visit with HajarTravel and our main coordination with Mr. Muhammad Taqi and he did an outstanding job by providing detail information on each step and guidance. Setup and plan the things accordingly and one most highlighted point regarding Transporation where the company proactively reaching us to make schedule to our demand.

Our experience with Hajar Travels was overall great. Our hotel in Madina was very close to Masjid Nabawi. There were a few issues in our hotel room including very bad smells in the bathroom and broken bed frames. The hotel in general was very good and convient and we were able to easily walk in to Masjid Nabawi.
Our hotel in Mecca Haram Sharif was an amazing hotel and we have no complaints whatsoever. Sister Hubaiba, who did the work for our package was very helpful and chose our hotel based on our needs and were very near the mosque in both Mecca and Medinah.

Hubaiba was very helpful thorough the whole trip. Makkah hotel was excellent though Madina hotel needed some better services but overall with family i didn’t have any concerning issues.
