"Almost certainly a scam product …"

I was lured into the shop at Venetian by a lady pretending to be interested in my shoes. I was offered a free sample of collagen which was applied over my makeup where it dried and tightened, kind of in the way egg white dries on your skin. I was told it was normally 300 but because of the conference it was only $150. Then I see it on eBay for $160, plus it felt like a quick product for immediate results rather than a viable long term treatment. I suspect a scam product.

"Was led into what looked like a pop up…"

Was led into what looked like a pop up store which I have seen before in high end shopping venues. Was in Vegas to attend a concert at the Sphere and decided to do some shopping. The lady who offered samples handed me off to a nice man who talked a lot. He demonstrated two different creams on me that worked...in the store. It started off at a high price and dropped it by hundreds. I had him write instructions for me down so I could use it correctly. When I brought it home and used it as instructed nothing happened. It didn't even feel the same as it did in the store and he applied it over my makeup. I gave it a week to give it a chance and I feel like I have been scammed, bait and switch. When I unwrapped the boxes they fell apart like they were old. I looked up a customer service number online to get my refund and left my info. No one called me back. I want my money paid back in full. I don't want to hear about restocking fees or I want fees for gas and my time. Please just don't buy this product. I feel taken advantage of and it's embarrassing.

"Fake compliments and shitty advise"

They stand at the entrance of their store like vultures. Poking, prodding and being rude to people that are minding their own business and trying to have a good time. They are basically solicitors that are paying rent and yelling at people, "come here, try our product." Who cares!! Totally ruins the vibe and to make it worse, they have stores all over the Venetian/Palazzo.

"My friend and I were walking by and…"

My friend and I were walking by and happened to be wearing our volunteer EMT vests. The woman outside the store offered us samples and out of respect we walked into store where we were sat down in front of a man who was very charming and asked us if we were in Vegas for the "medical convention" and we replied no. We were there to see Adele. He offered to apply a cream under our eye to show how it removes wrinkles. We allowed him to apply the cream and he then was very charming and persistent by telling us that the cream was normally $1600 a tube but he could give us a great sale price of $299. My friend said she was a Roman Catholic nun for 15 years and he showed us his large 'faith' tattoo on his arm and said that God wanted him to help us care for our skin. We relunctantly bought the cream for what we thought was $299. We later realized that he had actually charged us almost $400. He then tried this 'fancy light' device on us and told us it was medical grade that they were only able to sell that day because of the 'medical convention' and that it normally costs $9,000 but every time we said no the price went down. He then stacked multiple other creams on our pile and then showed us 'a cheaper' version of the light device that he said was not medical grade and was only $1800. He said he would give us all the jars of cream he had stacked plus the 'better, medical grade' light at the price of the cheaper light. He said that he was only there for the convention and that he would be leaving in 20 minutes and that he would not be back so this was our only chance to get this deal. We reluctantly fell for it and allowed him to charge our card for what we thought was $1,800 for everything. He bagged it all up and we left. Once we got back to our hotel we realized that we had been charged almost $2,500 and then wanted to return the products. We called the customer service number on the receipt and got an 'answering service' where we left our contact information and spoke with a woman who said that they may not get back to us until Monday. Since we were returning home on Sunday, we decided to take all the products back to the store to return everything still in sealed packages. At first the man with the 'faith' tattoo was very friendly and referred to us as 'my loves' but then got very nasty when we asked to return everything. He started saying that he gave a a deal that was so very nice of him and then said to my friend that "if she believed in God then she would never do something so terrible to him!" He told a woman who served the Lord as a nun for 15 years that her returning his product meant that she was not faithful to God! What terrible human says that to a person?! A scam artist who is certainly not very Christ-like! In the end, we got our money back but not without being told that we were sinners for doing so! Also, the light that he sold us is not even listed on the website. Do not enter this store!

"Do not buy in the Venetian Las Vegas"

In response to the below..... i know how to apply it. A tiny bit on a cotton bud.
I am using it exactly how instructed but it is NOT the product the shop assistant used on my eyes to get these amazing results. So he conned me. Which should be against the law in a store in the Venetian. We trust the premises... When u enter a hotel like the Venetian. With the reputation it has. You presume you can trust the shops retailing on the premises. You do not suspect that they will have con artists that should be selling outside on the street in their premises. You trust the name..Bought this product in the Venetian Las Vegas only 3 weeks ago. Now I realise I've also been scammed. Lady at door handed me a sample when i was passing then dragged me in and i mean dragged me in.out of respect i followed. Handed me to a male pushy shop assistant. Who was nice bt v v pushy. Never stopped talking. Think he may have been from Israel. Dropped the price 100dollars within seconds. That should have been a red flag but I trusted i was in a shop in the Venetian. Not on a market stall.. The product worked great when he applied it but this product in this box is not what he applied. This should be against the law. False advertising. Lying to sell a product. Told me i only needed to apply a tiny bit. I saw the results in seconds which prompted me so he said i can sell you "this product "but he didn't sell the
product he applied on my face. Surely this is against the law. False advertising also..Feel so let down. Hotels shouldn't promote shops like this to sell on their premises.

"Product I bought was not same as what they tested on me in store"

Recently visited Vegas and purchased the overpriced Kreate by Karim Diamond age defying facial lift. It seemed to work great when applied by the very eager sales associate. When using it at home it does not work the same. The consistency comes out as if it is just water. It is not a cream and just a runny clear liquid. This is not the same product that they used on me at the store. They applied a cream. I feel like I’ve been tricked into buying $200 water. It does not tighten, lift, or make any difference to my under eyes. Very disappointing and I’ll attempt to contact the company in hopes that they can rectify this scam product I bought. Hoping it’s just a single dud and I can be sent a replacement that is actually a cream and works like the one I thought I was buying.

"SALES SCAM - DON’T BUY"

I purchased several products while on a trip to Las Vegas at the store in The Venetian. My salesperson was Arjun. Normally I am quite sceptical about products that I’m not familiar with, and the EXTREME sales push should have been a warning flag, but I allowed myself to be talked into purchasing several products. I tested the Diamond Age Defying Face Lift in the store (under my eyes). I felt a tingling sensation and the eye puffiness did appear reduced after 10 minutes or so. Arriving home after vacation, I pulled out the new unopened product and have discovered that it does absolutely nothing. No tingling. No reduction in puffiness. Nothing. In fact, it leaves a nasty residue on your skin that screws up your makeup. I suspect this was a “bait and switch.” What they used on me in the store was not what I received. Classic con job! I also purchased the Diamond Age Defying Eye Cream. Based on the ingredients list, it’s a basic hyaluronic acid cream. It’s nothing special. Good hyaluronic acid creams are available everywhere. So ladies, lesion learned. When the salespeople are practically chasing you through the mall, assume it’s a sales scam!
