"I was in Vegas with my sister last year…"

I was in Vegas with my sister last year and stopped in to try this product on my eyes and it worked very well. I am still using it and I love the results. I went online to reorder and was shocked at the prices for the skincare line. I guess I will be flying back to Vegas just to shop for more products.

"I like the sample, BUT"

I actually like the product sample that was given to me, but like the other comments on here, I chose not to buy it, because it is way overpriced. It is ashame to have a good product, but such bad reviews because of service.

"I myself like most everyone"

I myself like most everyone, was approached at the mall in Vegas and I end up purchasing this for $199. That was a lot of money for me to spend. I ended up liking it so I wanted to order some more but 1600 is way out of my price range.

"Returning this product is a nightmare"

Returning this product is a nightmare. I bought this on impulse in Vegas, which maxed my credit card. I was in contact with Maria, who was helpful up til the point where I wanted to return the entire order for refund. She tried to tell me there was over $1,000 restocking fee which I called her out on. Her number is 513-827-2248. Now, she won’t even answer my calls. I have sent several emails to the company with no response. Please don’t buy from this company. Please don’t hesitate to call Maria at the number provided and tell her what terrible customer service she provides.

"I love the results I’ve gotten"

I love the results I’ve gotten from Kreate products. I started using this product April 2022.
I use my cleanser, peel, and creams as I was instructed as well as the Kimera instrument. It had initially, visibly minimized my wrinkles as much as it could and continues to sustain my aging to my satisfaction. Absolutely no regret in spending alittle more than I planned and I am not seeking an even more expensive face lift at this point.
Yes, I think ultimately it requires pampering and regiment in performing my half hour rituals but I see results.

"Very effective, high quality skin care"

I have been using Kreate skincare products for 2 months and I am extremely pleased with the transformation of my face, neck and décolleté. My skin is exposed to a dry climate and 5 long months of winter which presents challenges with keeping skin soft, smooth and hydrated. Multiply that by six decades worth of wear and tear and that justifies the need for skin care with specific anti-aging ingredients. The Kreate skin care program has been very effective with revitalizing and rehydrating my skin. Although I purchased several “Diamond & Euphoria” products, I feel that the hyaluronic acid & vitamin C moisturizer and serum have been particularly effective. I would also like to thank “Ami,” customer service rep at Kreate’s Palazzo store, for his in-depth knowledge of this skin care brand and demonstrating the specific products that would be most effective for my skin type. Ami was very personable and professional and ensured that I was receiving very good value for money invested. I have a friend who is using the same products and she is also very pleased with the results. I also want to compliment Karim Rashid for his creative & colourful design on the packaging. The containers & boxes are beautiful and look great on my bathroom vanity. I am hoping that Kreate management will consider a recycling program as the packaging is too nice to throw out! Thank you very much for bringing these amazing skin care products to the market place!

"Beware"

Beware. I made an impulsive mistake in LasVegas and am now in a nightmare trying to return these products. Delay, delay, ignore. So stressful and ultimately unhealthy and expensive.

"Missy = Extraordinary Customer Service"

Missy provided the best customer service ever (and I always acknowledge good service which I get frequently). She was amazing – personable, caring, knowledgeable, kind, and provided TOTAL service. For example, I couldn’t get the device to charge, and I returned it for an exchange. She asked my permission to insert the US plug, so I’d be sure it was in correctly and then offered to register my device for me. She’s provided me with detailed information on how to maximize my use of the products I purchased. Extraordinary service

"Still can’t believe this crazy impulse buy is actually AMAZING."

I never ever fall for hype and I’m an extreme skeptic.

That being said…

I saw the woman standing outside handing out samples and she was holding an under eye mask, which is what I thought they were giving away. I have been getting really self conscious about my eyes as I’m getting older now, so I backed up and said sorry, I actually would like a sample. She handed me a sample of lotion.

I think I must have mentioned the eye mask because when we were about to walk away, she saw my husband and asked if we could stay for a minute for HIM to get a free treatment. I laughed and said sure. He has always had bags under his eyes- like genetically. I think he looks fabulous no matter what, so for me it’s more like saying “he had brown eyes.” Nothing wrong with it but it would be cool to see him in blue contacts.

So they bring us in, he sits down, and this man grabs a rather large looking syringe. I’m like, “oh it’s fine, we’re late to an ev…” and then he took the top off of it and, turns out, not a syringe. He put a tiny spot of cream on his hand and applied it under my husbands eyes with a Q Tip.

I don’t think I have ever had so much interest in his face before. Within 3 minutes, his under eyes had plumped and there was a VERY noticeable difference. It was bizarre.

They started going over the price and I was thinking lol no-k, but then he dropped the price and threw in a free exfoliate, which he also demonstrated on my husband’s wrist- and my husband was like… “my wrist feels so smooth!!!”

So I bought it. Without even trying it on myself. It just looked that amazing.

Then I started worrying about the bait and switch. Like is this the same product or so they use a super expensive one in the store to charge people a ton of money for a cheap cream.

But nope!

I got home, used both, and oh man… my skin feels amazing and my eyes look better than they have in YEARS.

I am very bummed that I’m almost out of the face cream moisturizer samples she gave me but I don’t want to pay a ton for it! I might just fly back!

"I loved it"

I loved it! I’ve used LED machine as instructed and it does give results. All of my friends are asking what did I do. I normally don’t review products but this one was life changing. I highly recommend it.
