Amazing experience from start to finish with Online Kitchen Store!!

We were going to use our previous supplier, though was concerned with the numerous negative reviews since their new showrooms opened. Someone we trust recommended Online Kitchen Store (OKS), so we gave them a try

Eve at OKS was engaging & helpful from start to finish - her rendering of our designs were very accurate and tweaks were made to improve the overall
operation & kitchen flow. Considering we have a unique chimney feature, this was mega important for us

A lot of research was made on the appliances we wanted and we were going to use numerous on-line retailers, though OKS beat these prices, offered a better warranty & had NEFF accessories that can only be provided through an approved reseller. Having a single source for all the kitchen was very useful

Their cabinets and draw sizes are markedly superior to main resellers. There are examples within their showroom highlight this, with the important factor that these are made in Ampthill, so very local to us. Their prices were surprisingly competitive and the quality excellent. Doors and options were numerous and the flexibility was incredible

We also chose an excellent local installer (Pretige Refurbishments) and when there were self-imposed issues upon installation, OKS were super helpful with Prestige Refurbishments to get a resolution in place (as where PR)

They helped us chose a superb company for the quartz work surface and the total installation looked amazing. When they went in, I actually said WOW!

Reality exceeded expectations from Eve's initial rendering. I cannot recommend OKS enough. At least get a quote from this company if you are considering a new kitchen. They have helped deliver our dream kitchen

A recent visitor has just told us how fabulous our new kitchen looks and we have realised that we never gave a review at the time of installation. Couldn’t recommend OKS more, from the start of the project Eve was incredibly proactive, helpful and patient through out the design (and my many MANY amends). The communication was really clear in the run up, delivery and worked so well with a great fitter they recommended. The kitchen isn’t quite finished yet (so close!) and even after all final payments have been made Olly and team are quick to respond and always ensure we’ve got everything we need. We’re certain we wouldn’t have got such a high level of care or quality at other retailers and the price is incredibly competitive! Can’t thank the team enough!!

We had a positive experience from start to finish. Eve has the patience of a saint and was professional throughout - even though we changed our mind on certain elements throughout the process. The design process was simple and thorough and any changes were quickly made and then shared back with us for approval. Our kitchen fitter was apprehensive at first as he has never fitted an OKS kitchen, but said how well made it was and easy to fit.
